Mx Mechanical Mini keyboard needs settings to allow long timeouts for inactive use. It's default and only setting is some type of extereme power saving mode where it shuts off after mere seconds. This is horrible UX for working conditions where pauses are frequent. Having to wake up a keyboard hundreds of times a day is anti-human UX. The solution is to update the firmware to allow user to customize the timeout. Most of us don't need extreme power saving modes, and would prefer timeouts of minutes or hours.
