Windows 11
I'm not sure how to describe the issue overall but what I'm experiencing is either an issue with Logitech or Windows 11. So I'll describe what I've noticed as best as I can. #1: the mouse generally remains usable but extremely lagged. #2: the keyboard generally is unusable. #N: I usually turn off bluetooth on Windows Settings, switch off keyboard and mouse, then turn it all back on and sometimes that's ok but usually doesn't fix the issue. Rebooting the computer is what "fixes" the problem. The keyboard is unusable in the sense that it blinks it's connected to Device1 but when I press keys nothing really happens. Sometimes it manages to type a few keys I did press but mostly fails to capture all the keys pressed. I can switch to Device2 that uses Windows 10 and everything appears to work fine on that device, keyboard and mouse. So I'm divided on whether this is a Windows 11 system issue or Logitech Windows 11 Driver issue. At the moment I'm only really able to communicate with Logitech through this chat. I also just remembered the issue may have started maybe 3 or 4 months ago a few updates ago. I noticed my mouse remained lit-up even after being idle for 2+ hours. The lights remained on and I was concerned because the battery was draining more frequently. Overall I'd say mid-year 2022 is when the issue could have started. Thank you.
