First of all, great mouse!

My feedback is actually about a bug that's been going on since I first bought the mouse.

I used Windows 10 currently Windows 11.

I have customized the shortcut button where my thumb is sitiing to be gestures.When I click the invisible button, it opens a folder. Well it technically should but when I first turn on my laptop or have a big gap when not using the mouse, it remembers that "show tabs/active windows" open and wouldn't open the folder that is suppose to be open. I've hoped that past 2 updates I received would fix this but it hasn't.

The bug is that this error happens - only once. at the start. but at every start. and it goes back to normal. I believe this needs to be fixed. I can also provide screenshot if needed/requested..
