Support profiles for nested applications
Many games, in this scenario specifically Final Fantasy XIV, have the main app being a launcher, with the actual game being nested inside the contents of the .app file.
There's no possibility to add custom configuration for such a nested application as they're greyed out when trying to select them in the browser of adding an app.
