Remap CapsLock to CTRL Key

I would like to alter CAPS-LOCK to work like the CTRL key. If you do not know what I mean please have a look at the Happy Haking KEYBOARD (HHKB) - where the CAPS-LOCK Key is altered, and works like a CTRL Key.

    There is a great utility called PowerToys (if you are on Windows) that lets you easily remap keys, and do a lot more cool things. I couldn't work without it anymore :)

    I have remapped my CAPSLOCK to Backspace, and it is one of the best "hacks" I have made.
