Hi,
I've been having problems with the keyboard (K380) connection when starting the computer (macbook pro 14" 2021) for a while. The connection between the two devices is established quickly at first boot, but the connection drops after entering the password. Flow:
1-Open the laptop cover.
2- Open the keyboard on/off switch.
3- MacOS opens and the password screen appears and the keyboard is connected.
4- I enter the password and log in.
5- I'm trying to write somewhere else (for example spotlight), but the keyboard connection is lost. When I press the keys, the connection status light on F1 starts to flash. After a few seconds, the connection is established.
I don't know if the problem is with the keyboard or the computer. Maybe it occurred due to macOS updates. I will forward the same feedback to Apple. Is it possible for you to review this error?
