Lack of support is frustrating.
I spent quite a bit of money on the Craft keyboard and your new software breaks flow and hobbles the functionality of the keyboard. I have to run two pieces of software to make it work and that still does not result in full functionality. I also own a newer keyboard K780 purchased little over a year ago and it not being supported yet is bad. I have been purchasing Logitech hardware for decades now but will stop if support is not improved.
