WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?

I have MX MASTER Mouse and I download the software, go through all the process of installing and granting access to the system to find out the mouse IS NOT SUPPORTED and I have to download another software?

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

You guys just lost a customer.
I cannot remember when I got that ****** over something. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER. Have a single software not this fragmented ********.

I know this feedback goes a black hole and there is going to be ZERO effort made to turn my negative experience into a pleasant one.
