this is the worst software + tech support experience I have ever dealt with, I am sorry to have to say this but there is no nicer way to say this.. I have had the worst and continue to have the worst experience with this, If there is any other way for me to just do what this app is supposed to do I would like to know, i see so many of them and it makes no sense why that's the case.. 1 is for linking them to computer, 1 is linking them to apps, 1 is linking the apps together, i cant even keep them all together it's so unorganized, i had it set up and then somehow it all got undone and when I try to do this it doesnt work, i tried so many options even reinstalling from scratch .. it's so much time for something so simple these bugs need to be worked out
