Restore backup only restores global settings

When restoring settings from backup on a different windows user/login Options+ does not restore any application specific settings only the global settings.

    Just noticed that as well. I'm trying to get out of a corrupted state (where I can't add an app to configure overrides for it) and if I delete the folder in AppData to start fresh, I have no option to restore the apps that were configured and working properly.
