Loss of connection with unifying receiver on macOS Monterey
Devices keep showing inactive on macOS Monterey 12.4 using the unifying receiver. Please fix this issue as I can't type or use my MX Keys or Master 3 mouse.

Update: Thank you for reviewing, please test with external hubs such as the CalDigit TS4. I (touch wood) have not had a drop since using it direct with the my Mac Studio Ultra.
I was duped into purchasing these two devices at over £200 spend to find they are not Bluetooth compatible with my Mac Pro and had to purchase this receiver (x2). I then purchased the Mac Studio and had instant issues and so bought another 2 receivers only to then find out that I only needed "1" as it can manage up-to 6 devices. So, I'm really angry tbh as I complained about this with your customer support and via Twitter and was shunned and you would not give any refund or compensation for all the hassle this has caused. I would suggest as a big company you do that and contact me personally.
To top that off, I bought your Logitech brio web cam and had to mess about setting that up as you provide no information how to with purchase. You force users to have to investigate and find what downloads they need through 3rd party forums. Wouldn't it just be simpler to provide install instructions and software requirements in the box?
