Even submitting feedback through your software is utterly terrible. I came here to tell you that I didn't think Logi Options could get any worse, but no no. You've proved me wrong. Logi Options + is even worse than its predecessor. I just bought the Lift, but it's unusable because the software sucks. None of my customized buttons work as expected. The DPI tool? No one effing needs this stuff. And yet, when I try to override it with launchpad, it doesn't work. It just changes the DPI. Middle-scroll button doesn't pull up mission control. The scroll, despite setting it up as Standard, it scrolls the opposite way at random times, then sets back up into the correct way. This is maddening. I hate your software. And I want to like your devices, but this makes it so that I can't. I try to support good-established-solid brands, but with keyboards and mice? I mgiht as well just get some random cheap-product from Amazon. Honestly, I'm sick of wasting money with your products.
