Smartshift randomly toggles off on MX Master 3
Smart Shift keeps toggling off by it's self every one or two weeks, so I have to open settings to toggle it on.
This started happening when I switched to logitech options+ a few months ago.
All other mouse specific settings are kept, just smartshift toggles off by itself, I'm signed into my account in the app, I've no app profiles (your app kept deleting them too on every app update, so I stopped setting them up
Maybe look into that too, I already submitted that report)
I'm using windows & the new logitech options+ app

The issue started for me after few days, about once per day. But now, few times a day. When I open Logi Option+ I can see that the Smartshift option is switched off.

I've had exactly the same problem for several years. It deactivates every few days.
