even though you never let me know about any of my feedback, I will give a last attempt at this futile system.
I use an MX master mouse for mac and set up my preferred actions for buttons et cetera. Quite simply: they work 50% of the time; the other half of the time they buttons either do nothing or execute a different (standard?) action. And yes I updated everything possible.
This altogether defeats the purpose of spending so much money on a fancy mouse with many buttons, if they don't work. Mind you, the buttons work fine - it this silly software that is as efficient as always betting on black and expecting to win at every turn. I tried many combinations of workarounds and sometimes I manage to "wake the mouse up" or whatever, for a while. But this takes up work time, and I'm fed up. Can you simply make it so the app you provide with this mouse actually works and without fail? Worry about the cosmetics later, we intend to use the mouse to work. Thank you very much
