Smartshift turns off randomly

Hi,
I am on windows 10 running on a DELL XPS and I sometimes the smartshift for the scroll wheel turns off and smooth scroll is activated. This, if I am not mistaken, happens mostly when waking up the PC from sleep.

    Same problem here. Usually after waking from sleep. Mx Master 3
