Bug with Smooth Scrolling.
Very frequently when scrolling in any program (e.g., Chrome, Windows, games) it results in scrolling multiple times with a single scroll. For example, having Google Maps open and scrolling a single 'click' often results in scrolling fully in/out on the map. Making the website unusable. Turning Smooth Scrolling off resolves this issue.
