allow assigning f13-f-20, plus ins key on mac
please allow the following:
* defining custom keys directly to f13-f20, from a dropdown (currently you have to type the desired key on a keyboard. but if you don't have those keys on a different keyboard, how?)
* define the "ins" key to something on the Mac layout
