Gestures - Mouse movement too course
Gestures require a lot more movement in order to action, compared to the old Logi Options app. This makes actions like Increasing / Decreasing Volume using gestures very awkward and overemphasised in order to get even the smallest adjustment. Very uncomfortable.

I have the same problem on MX Master 3. The old Logitech options was smooth, now i have to drag my hand 3 times "longer" in order to perform a gesture. It is very very frustrating, also the volume changes by gestures are slow because of this ( it registers too clunky).
