Issue within Excel. Using the Scroll wheel doesn't always work. If i'm scrolling down a page at a normal rate one tern per 1/2 second it doesn't always pick up all the scrolls. given the mutiple scrolls i don't notice it. Trying to click into cells then doens't work. If i click a cell it might select 5 cells above this. I've tried changing various setting to resolve this. The only way to reset the mouse it to manually select the horizontal scroll bar move it right and back again and it resets it. I use Excel alot and this happens all day. I'm at the point of stop using the mouse as its not functional like this.
