When Options won't launch because of a "backend connection problem", my mouse and keyboard should not revert to their default behaviors and reverse my scroll wheel and forget my shortcuts. This is embarassing, Logitech. Early 2022 and there's STILL no native Options+ for Apple Silicon on my Mac so it eats RAM like crazy, and your Windows app is so unreliable I've had to reinstall it a couple times just this month. I just want a mouse that works. This isn't hard. Get your development team the resources they need, or send me $200 so I can replace my MX Keys and MX Master 3 with devices that don't need your terrible software.
