Can't remove devices

I replaced the Bluetooth card in my laptop, and now there are two of each item (MX Master 3 and MX Keys). I cannot delete them. I go to "Add Device", click the X next to the items I want to remove, answer Yes to unpair, and it opens the Bluetooth control panel -- which does not the old items in there because I already unpaired them the first time I went through this process.

    Do not install any of the silly Logitech software Setpoint, Options, Options+ Uniyfing or what they call it. They all don't offer the possibity of removing a device

    This works:
    With a chromium based webbrowser (Edge, Chromium or Chrome) navigate to https://logiwebconnect.com/
    Select the receiver
    delete the devie
