CHAT won't respond. I've been waiting for Call back for over an hour. Online link for help shows images I "should" see for fixing the problem that don't show up on my screen. MX Keys for Mac: randomly just loses its connection to the computer for several minutes at a time. Then it will just start up again. And as I said, the online "help" link does not help, and I have not been able to make contact with a customer support rep.
