Every now and then (almost every day) my mouse pointer will start stuttering when I move my MX Master 3 around. Whenever this happens, I can resolve the issue by force closing all (usually three) processes related to Logi Options. They respawn within seconds and the stuttering is gone.
Sometimes Logi Options+ will be using close to or over 100% CPU when this happens.
The problem only occurs when the mouse is connected through the universal receiver. If I switch to bluetooth I don't have the issue. It doesn't matter if I put the receiver closer to the mouse, and it doesn't matter wether it's fully charged or not, so I don't think it's a signal issue. Also my MX Keys has zero issues connected to the same receiver.
I enjoy the products and like the Logi Options+ user interface, but this issue is really getting annoying.
Is this a known issue? If so, is there a fix on the way? Or is there anything I can do to help debug the problem?
