Assign a secondary action to a mouse button for when another button is held down
Idea: have the ability to assign a secondary action that a mouse button performs for when another button is being held down.
e.g. when the left click is being held down, the action of a button assigned the 'forward' action now becomes 'keystroke assignment: shift key'.
