Environment: I have an old windows 10 machine and a new macbook pro (both with latest updates) along with a new mx keyboard and mx master 3 mouse. They are connected to mac via bluetooth and windows via usb wireless dongle (no native bluetooth on my windows machine). I have seen problems on both computers.

Issue 1) On mac it worked fine for a week or two after I got the mouse/kb but today the keyboard became very laggy and characters would often get lost or duplicate. When I opened the "logi options+" app I noticed the battery on the kb would flicker on/off every second as it was at max charge. I like to keep the keyboard and mouse cables connected to avoid problems when power is low. However, I noticed the keyboard problems stopped when I removed the usb cable. Seems the charging behavior could be improved.

Issue 2) On windows the keyboard will sometimes disconnect (maybe every 30 mins). I can see the computer2 key (above home) blink when this happens. It seems more frequent when I type fast (I'm not a crazy fast typer) but I'm not sure the trigger. It's most annoying when it happens repeatedly but it's still manageable for now.

Issue 3) The new macbook does not have a usb-a connection so I tried using the usb dongle in a dock and it was terrible. Fortunately I was able to bypass the dock by using bluetooth.

I have a craft keyboard and 2 performance mx mice now gathering dust as I replaced them with these mx devices but I'm disappointed I'm still seeing problems although not as bad as with the old devices.
