videolan vlc 3.0.16

used to work with old optios+
but no longer fully works
the button map to ] dont show x1.50 speed inc every .10 and same for [ and frame next is E dont seem to be working.. looks like it has to be lower e .. if I press shift+e frame dont work either. you editor is loced to caps only
