The program profiles are not always active, like the keyboard and mouse will operate on default settings until I open logi options and modify a few settings until they function properly again. Also, at random times, I have had instances where the device loses connection to the receiver and I have to turn the device on and off or unplug and replug the receiver... Keyboard and mouse have each done it, not simultaneously though.
