Feedback on MX Master3:
One of the top reasons for purchase was the horizontal scroll wheel – it however registers not reliably.

I can always scroll horizontally in supported apps with Shift and Scrollwheel – the side wheel quite often doesn't work.

I use Horizontal Scolling mostly in Browser based applications, such as Notion and other database-applications. Chrome Browser on Win 10.
