Smooth Scrolling is a great feature, but it unfortunately only works in whitelisted apps (e.g. Firefox/Chrome/Edge). Any chance to make this available everywhere (or at least to provide an option to do so)?

Some more information: I am a developer myself and looked at the wheel events that I am seeing. The events definitely aren't smooth, unless I rename my application to Firefox.exe (which shows that the driver is special-casing browsers). I am assuming this whitelisting happened for compatibility reasons (as some Windows apps don't handle smooth scrolling events properly). However given that apps have to deal with Microsoft Precision Touchpads these days, I'd assume that a lot of that should have been resolved these days.
