Issues scrolling in Microsoft Excel. Excel seems to get "stuck" and when I use the wheel on the mouse (MX Master 3) you can tell Excel is trying to scroll, but the window isn't moving. If I click on the scroll bar it moves, if I use the laptop trackpad to scroll using gestures it moves. Seems to be the MX Master 3 mouse. This happened after installing Logitech Options +
