MX keys has battery saver mode thats really good for Keyboards health. But if i turned it off keyboard backlights keeps turning off the backlight within few seconds.

So I recommend 3 options for MX Keys Backlighting. these are
-Always on
-Always off
-Battery saver mode (which is lights turning off after few seconds if hands not in a keyboard area and turn all the way off when its 10% of the battery)
