Scroll wheel sensitivity not having any effect
Scroll wheel sensitivity setting does nothing!
I set it to 100% or 50% or 0% and it makes NO CHANGE. I would expect the scrolling amount to differ with the same amount of travel on the scroll wheel with a change in sensitivity, surely?
