Mine might be an unusual situation, but I use my MX Keys and MX Master 3 via a KVM ... When I swap to the other machine - they are a Mac and Windows machine - it appears that after a period of time Logi Options+ either exits or crashes - not sure which - on Mac OS - and perhaps also on Windows. Now this may be deliberate on your behalf, but I guess I'd ask the question, have you considered people in my situation, where the devices do become disconnected because they are being used via a KVM? From a physical point of view, it appears to work fine - the receiver is plugged into the KVM, is detected, and works just fine .. when I swap to the other machine ... Logi Options+ goes to the message when no devices are connected, and when I return, it has - as I say - either exited or crashed. I just think my "use case" is a valid one that you may want to consider? Thank you.
