When I first downloaded Options+ (from work/VPN only, it's fine elsewhere) and all subsequent attempts to Check Version result in, "Failed to download the update. Please check your network connection." I'm guessing that tries to reach https://support.logi.com/ , but not sure.

According to our Network Security team the destination URL is classified as "being blocked based on high risk". I figure that may be something you want to straighten out with Palo Alto's URL Ratings people.

Also, the Lock keys pop-up is helpful, but often appears and disappears unnoticed by me. Perhaps some size, position, color, and beep options would prove helpful to some (me!).
