Trying to open options+ as administrator because that is the only way that horizontal scroll wheel works in VS Code (windows 10).
Options+ initially opens, but does not create window (preview is empty box).

Only way to get window to appear is to open logitech options and then click open in options+ in a now non-working application.

You guys really seem to be making things worse instead of better here.
