Other buttons support with Advanced Click

"Advanced click" only permits left button click with a key modifier. It would be nice to be able to say "middle click" or "right click" plus modifier.

I would like to set this in Sketchup where middle click is set to rotate view, but Shift-Middle click is used to pan.

    Additionally, being able to set it to 'Button 4', 'Button 5', &c.

    Use is to allow just a click from the buttons to pass to something like Better Touch Tool to runs scripts, or issue commands to specific programmes from a button click.
