My mouse keeps jittering and being uncontrollable on a fairly regular basis. I have tried putting the USB on the end of a cable and placing it nearer my mouse and that worked a little but it still happens and I can find no explanation for it. Incidentally, it works fine on my bluetooth laptop. I am unclear whether the USB transmitter is bluetooth or wireless but my computer seems to think it is bluetooth.
Please help as the frustration factor at not being able to accurately place the mouse is getting pretty high!
