Hey.
My mouse model is MX Master 3 for mac.

The issue - I can't seem to set the middle button (the one below the scroll wheel) to "Shift wheel mode" ,as a part of the "press" action of the gesture option. I mean I can, but it just won't work, and this is a bug worthwhile fixing. A screenshot has been added for greater clarity.
