Caps lock, Num lock, Scroll lock and Fn lock notifications

Caps lock, Num lock, Scroll lock and Fn lock notifications don't seem to work on Windows 10 Version 21H1 19043.1151.

    Even in Windows 11 24H2.
    (I'm talking about Fn, not the other two locks)

    But there are other reports (ignored so far) of this bug here in Uservoice, so I thought it was obvious.
