Horizontal whell is not functioning properly on Excel and many other aplications.
Whenever I try to scroll horinzontaly, it jumps to the DZ collum on Excel, and after that, the pointer and the click stops to match. It aways clicks some 5 rows above where the mouse cursor acctually is. To get it back to normal, i have to click on the vertical scrool bar, on the left.
