Mice not sensed after waking up laptop

When my computer wakes from sleep, my mouse curser is gone. No mice work, not even gaming mice

    I have to restart to get this to go away, but it regularly comes back as an issue. Very inconvenient. Also my restart is very slow as a program "Logi.Devio" prevents closing. I'm not sure if this is part of Options+ or another logi software issue.
