  1. Logi Options+ Bugs

    Overall, I think Logi Options+ does what it's supposed to do, but there are 2 areas of concern I have.

    The first is the sporadic forgetting of a mapped button assignment in some applications. For example, I have a button mapped to the Mute / Unmute option in Microsoft Teams. It works majority of the time I use it, but then one day it just forgets and stops working. I have to open Logi Options+ for it to remember and start working again. It's intermittent, but it's annoying nonetheless.

    The 2nd area of concern for me is with Logi Flow.…

  2. Crash when Win11 in sleep

    When I put my Win11 to sleep, the app usually crashes in the background, resulting in the thumb wheel of my MX Master 3S no longer working. I have to shoot the zombie task down via the task manager and restart it.

    I have a Logitech G502X mouse, which is connected via dongle. The Logi Options + app doe **** see the mouse.

  5. Mx Master MacOS issues

    Hi!
    I have an MX Master 3 mouse which runs on macOS Sequoia 15.6.
    I have encountered two issues:
    1) When I change the 'Scroll direction' setting from 'Natural' to 'Standard', the behaviour of the 'Window navigation' gestures changes. The 'Switch between desktops' gesture switches direction.

    2) Changing commands for the "Visual Studio Code" application doesn't work. When I change the commands to "Undo" and "Redo" (as I did in the older Logi Options app), the new settings are not recognised.

    I have already reinstalled the application and I have the "Visual Studio Code" on application folder.

    Please stop updating the app mid day. Every single time you do, it breaks my custom bottom layout and requires me to restart my work pc.

  10. Crown behaviour

    For the Craft keyboard, the new action bubble is a great feature. Only thing I hate about it is, it could be better if that showed when we pressed on the Crown for longer than a single press. A single press and a long press should be configured to do different things. I generally use it to play/pause the music I listen to but now I have to also use the mouse which isn't that convenient. It did take Logitech to include this keyboard in the Logi+ for months if not years but I'm just sending this request just cause…

  11. Unable to delete inactive device.

    I am unable to delete an inactive MX Master 3S. I keep hitting remove device and it does nothing. I have also tried going into the device settings and removing it from there. I have verified that it is removed from my computers bluetooth area, so it is only showing in the logi options+ app.

    Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento, le impostazione personalizzate dei tasti, per l'app Blocco note di windows non funziona più e accetta solo i comandi di default.

  13. Please add Pause/Break action to logi options +

    I used old logitech keyboard K270 and there was "Pause/Break" key. Now I bought the K650 and it has not this key so I decided to rebind it with logi options+, however, there is no such action either. This would be very nice to have such a key.

  14. Mose not showing in Options+

    I've been trying to install my mouse the entire morning. I just got an anywhere 3s. It's not showing in logi Options+. My other previous mouse 2S, M86, M65 was working normally. I uninstalled the Logi Options+ and installed a new downloaded. Now non of my mouse hows in Logi Options +. I restart, uninstalled... did everything but still none of them show up.

  15. 「ジェスチャー」に「SmartAction」を割り付けられなくなった

    「MX MASTER 3S」で、サムボタンに「ジェスチャー」から、事前に作成していた「SmartAction」を検索して割り付けようとしたところ、かつては出来ていたのに、今のバージョンでは出来なくなっています。

    vorrei aggiungere al mio mx master 3s per mac la funzionalità per il bottone centrale di far cambiare funzionalità alla rotellina di lato: da scorrimento orizzontale a zoom e viceversa.

  20. Water droplet responsive backlight

    I’m very happy with your products, I own several, including one MX Master 3 mouse, two MX Master 3S mice, and three different keyboards. So far, I’m especially pleased with my MX Mechanical. It’s a bit louder than I expected, even though it’s marketed as the silent version, but it’s still a great experience overall.
    I just have one minor piece of feedback, related to the backlighting. I use the reactive lighting mode, which is nice, but what if there was a "reaction wave" effect? Imagine each key press triggering a ripple of light, like a water droplet creating waves.…
