  3. Missing features from the old version of Logi Options

    I wanted to know if you plan bringing back some common features from the old Logi Options, such as the persistent taskbar icon, "ADD NEW DEVICE" feature with advanced pairing options, DUAL mouse functions when using the FN key on the keyboard, mouse DPI button + FN key for easy control panel launch, etc. Some of those are crucial: I can't manage pairing without the Unify USB dongle control panel accessed via "ADD NEW DEVICE" found in previous Logi Options...

  6. Problem recognizing MX Keyboard

    Could not get the computer (through Options+) to recognize my MX Keyboard using the dongle. I didn't want to use bluetooth pairing. The mouse was no problem. Finally had to use Setpoint to get the keyboard recognized. After that I could uninstall Setpoint and all was well. This workaround shouldn't be necessary.

    A simple way to remove inactive or active devices. Possibly hidden icon until you hover the 'inactive' button.

  9. Gesture volume control

    I use mouse scroll control button as a gesture button. I set it to control media. hold the button and move mouse forward, to volume up, move backwards to volume down etc.

    in the default media gestures, the volume action is incredibly slow, you need to move the mouse so much to get the volume change one level. so was using the custom gestures, it was working ok there, I could set the volume in an expected manner.

    but now custom gestures are also super slow. this slowness makes really unusable.

  10. Neither devices show

    Devices no longer show up in the app whilst running MacOS Monterey Beta. Neither MX Master Keys or Master 3 for Mac show up in either this app or the beta app.

    With the MacOS public beta, options+ is only showing either my MX Master 3 or my MX Keys even though they are both connected.

  12. MX 3 Inactive

    In MacOS the Options+ detects te MX Master 3 as Inactive and the advanced shortcuts doesn't works, even if the bluetooth connection is stable and the mouse basics is working fine.

  13. Logi ignores mouse

    Logi Options nor Logi Options + doesn't detect my MX3 anymore. The mouse is properly detected and working with the mac, but Logi doesn't detect it.

    The previous issue was the settings being ignored by the mouse (for instance, button asignement)

    Options+ automatically updated for me today and during that update the shortcut (that I'd previously removed) was created again on my desktop. Please don't do this!

  17. Can't map Back and Foward keys in Sip.app

    System Mac M1
    OS Big Sur
    App. Sip.app

    I setup Sip so when i press the up or down keys on my keyboard it zooms in and out of the area I want to select color. I mapped it with the front and back keys on my Mx Master 3 but it does'nt work.

  18. Mouse and Keyboard are connecting via Bluetooth but not showing up in Logi Options+

    When I connect my mouse (MX Master 3) and keyboard (MX Keys for Mac) to my MacBook Pro (intel) via Bluetooth, the logi options+ application does not recognize them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software numerous times and it never recognized them again. The mouse and keyboard do work however the application does not find them. I am on Big Sur 11.5.1.

  19. Flow Switch, Back Light turns on randomly

    MX Keys keyboard back lighting keeps randomly turning on even though it's set to off mode. This happens after flow switches computers.
