Logi 240 mouse not connecting to bluetooth
The Logi 240 mouse which I bought a week ago fails to connect to bluetooth most mornings so I have to toggle bluetooth settings on the laptop to get it to work. It seems unreliable and fiddly in that respect, but works fine once connection is re-established,

My feedback is bad: there is no way to find a simple answer to a simple problem like :

Die Software ist schrott!!
Konnte sie nicht mehr starten und nach einer Re-Installation waren alle meine Smartactions weg. Warum werden die nicht auf den Account gespeichert??????1 vote -

backend connection problem이 계속 뜨면서
마우스 설정 자꾸 초기화됩니다.
윈도우 백업후 재설치해도 마찬가지 입니다.

On easy mouse switch switch keyboard
Hello,
Could you please enable an easy switch for the keyboard and mouse? It would be beneficial if the keyboard switch could also be mirrored by the mouse. Additionally, it would be great to have a feature that allows both the mouse and keyboard to switch together.

Battery charge view while charging and discharging
In Logi+ Options, I would like to see the battery level in percent of my devices. Currently, I can see that a device has a charge, but I cannot tell how much charge. When it is plugged in and charging, I have no idea how to gauge its current charge.

Mal diseño de teclas barra espaciadora
La barra espaciadora de mi teclado es innecesariamente larga por el lado derecho lo que hace que el uso de las teclas comando y control sea prohibitivo ya que quedan muy lejos, un sin sentido completo. Nadie necesita una barra espaciadora tan larga, no cumple ninguna función salvo quitarle mucho potencial de uso al teclado ya que ahí descansan los dedos principales para los atajos de teclado.

Seit dem letzten Programmupdate ist dauerhaft die Verbindung aktiv und inaktiv.
Dadurch leuchten die Tastatur LEDs permanent. Das sorgt für eine Akkulaufzeit von nicht mal einem Tag. Wenn LogiOptions deinstalliert wird löst es das Problem.1 vote -
NO CONFRIMING E-MAIL RECEIVED
I have tried to set up an account with my e-mail address as user name and password. The dialogue box keeps telling me that an e-mail has been sent (to smcm1815@protonmail.com), but I haven't received it. I can't find a way to communicate this problem. Maybe I made a typo when I added the-mail address.

Mouse perde impostazioni
c'è un problema su Mac... ogni volta che si cambia utente, per poi tornare all'utente precedente, le impostazioni del mouse non tornano a memorizzarsi, ma rimane con le impostazioni standard. l'unico modo per tornare ad avere le impostazioni corrette sul mouse è chiudere e riaprire il Mac

Flow unreliable
Flow is completely unreliable. It seems like the agent that detects the computer in the LAN network works randomly.
After booting both computers (macOS and Windows 11), the macOS detects the W11 one but it display it as disconnected.
Then, after some time, they connect.

My opinion
Your product Option+ is just [censorship activated] It is unable to recognize my MX Any 2S mouse and K780 board even after restart and reconnect. Just tell me the brand of what you use, then I will happily throw away my Logitech products and run to the next shop buy real tools made by real professionals engineers. I just wish you a day as the one I currently live, equally frustrating because of your awful software.

왼쪽, 오른쪽 마우스를 동시 사용하는데,
각 마우스의 왼쪽클릭/오른쪽 클릭을 각각 설정할 수 있도록 해주세요.예를 들면, 왼쪽 마우스는 오른쪽 클릭시 클릭
오른쪽 마우스는 왼쪽 클릭시 클릭
이렇게요.
지금 설정은 두 마우스 설정이 같이 묶여 있어서 따로 설정이 불가능해요.1 vote -
