스크린 캡쳐 버벅임
mx anywhere 3s 사용중입니다. 스크롤 아래에 있는 작은 버튼으로 스크린 캡쳐를 잘 사용하고 있었습니다. 근데 이번에 옵션으로 창, 전체화면, 클립보드, 파일 기능이 생기고 나서 '구역 캡쳐를 할때 버벅임' 이 생겼습니다.

알림창 투명도 적용
알림 뜰 때 투명도 설정할 수 있도록 부탁드립니다. 특히 Caps Lock 설정 또는 해제할 때 알림창 부근에 타이핑을 하고 있는 경우 알림창이 화면을 아예 가려서 상당히 불편합니다. 이전에는 어느정도 투명도가 적용되었는데 Option+는 아니네요.

强制登录+频繁掉线你们到底在想什么？？？？
我对Logi Options+的产品设计感到极其失望！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！为什么Smart Actions这种本地自动化功能必须依赖登录才能使用？登录状态还会莫名其妙地掉线，导致设置的自动化无法正常运行。请问这类功能真的需要完全依赖云端吗？就算离线使用，也不会对体验造成任何影响，难道连最基本的本地缓存都没有吗？这种强制登录的设计不仅给用户带来了不便，还严重影响了产品的稳定性和可靠性。希望贵公司能认真反思这个问题，给用户一个合理的解释，并尽快优化这个设计缺陷。

bluetooth disconnects weekly
currently, about once a week i have to 'forget device' because my mouse no longer stays connected to my computer. Never used to happen but does all the time now. It's super annoying

"The application Logi Options+ Driver Installer.app is not open anymore" notification windows pop up twice after a while. Can't (don't know how to get rid of it.

LAG!!!
it loses the connectivity while using with bluetooth, andd i buy 2 bolt receiver its lagging andd driving me crazy, no matter what i do it has always a lag problem, i tried to connect with asus 4.0 bluetooth adapter, i tried bolt receiver usb 3.0 2.0 behind my setup or front usb's always lag. if i could return this product i wont think about any sec.

how do I turn of this annoying auto scrolling?? I don't see any settings for that.

Leaving Logi
This is such a horrible experience on Mac that I am getting rid of all my Logi devices. This update just forced me to logioptions+ and then first window i see is a freaking advertisement! Who approved this awful workflow?

One app for all logitech products
Having two separate apps, G Hub and Logi Options+, to control my camera, mouse, and keyboard is so maddening that I will likely not buy another Logitech device in the future. There is no reason for the lack of cohesion from products under one company. Nest the product lines within a single app. This is just dumb

Movement no longer smooth
I don't know if this is from an update or something else, but mouse now jumps around. Movement on screen is no longer smooth.

A bluetooth mouse that doesn't disconnect
My idea is a bluetooth mouse that doesn't lose connection. Imagine you had a mouse that stayed connected to the computer, unlike the MX Master 3S, which under typical conditions you must repair 5 times per day. Wouldn't that be great? Then users would not be ****** off with Logitech and throwing their mice out and going to another company for their productions. Win Win Win.

Drag and drop shortcuts
I'd like to see a feature for the MX Master 3S that lets you rearrange shortcut mappings with a drag-and-drop interface on the setup page. For example, you could swap the actions assigned to "gesture down" and "gesture up" or override one with the other. Right now, you have to delete both and then re-add them, which wastes time—especially when dealing with complex, custom shortcuts. It would also be useful to have an option to save frequently used shortcuts so that adding them in the future is even simpler.

Logi AI Prompt Building - not wanted, causing issues
The Logi AI Prompt Builder is continously crashing through the week on my laptop. I am having issues where my laptop turns off all by itself and not back on and the last thing that happened was that failing. I didn't even know it existed but just turned it off to see if that helps.

Bug - settings are resetting
Hi, the settings are not holding. They reset about every 3 days to default. I have brand new M3 Mac running 15.3 Sequoia. Please fix, I read this bug has been around a long time!

Falha após atualização
Bom dia! Na última atualização do aplicativo Logi Options + (1.86.675082), não estou conseguindo abrir a Ferramenta de Captura, que utilizo em meu mouse Logi MX Vertical. Eu utilizo esta opção da Ferramenta de Captura em um dos botões na lateral dele.
Quando clico nele, a tela chega a "escurecer", como se fosse abrir a ferramenta, mas não abre e a tela volta ao normal.

Options+ erkennt Logi Unifying-Empfänger, aber nicht K800 und Performance MX
Options+ erkennt zwar den Logi Unifying-Empfänger (K800,K800,Performance MX), der an der Thinkpad Thunderbolt-4 Docking Station angeschlossen ist, aber die Tastatur und Maus nicht (auch wenn man wie gefordert die Geräte aus und wieder einschaltet). Die ebenfalls an der Docking Station angeschlossene Logitec Kamera C920e wird auch nicht erkannt. Es macht übrigens keinen Unterschied, ob man die Geräte direkt an dem Notebook anschließt oder über die Docking Station. Ich nutze Win11 Pro Ver. 24H2. Sieht für mich so aus, als würde ihre Software nicht richtig funktionieren.

Backup feature is useless
The backup feature is useless. I had to reinstall the app because it was crashing. After new installation I logged, it loaded my mouse with default settings. When I wanted to restore settings from backup, I found out that a minute ago it already saved the new (default) settings and has overriden my backup.
I had another backup, old a year from different laptop. But that couldn't even restore and app crashed.
It is essential to save at least a few different backups from the save PC, because it is now not possible to restore settings, as they are immediately…1 vote
