7. alt+prtsc 이 안됩니다.

   2~3일전부터 alt+prtsc 이 안됩니다.

   alt + prtsc (활성 창 캡처) 눌러도
   prtsc (전체 캡처)로 캡쳐가 됩니다.

   컴퓨터 화상키보드로는 정상 작동하는데 로지텍 키보드로는 안됩니다. 이유가 뭔가요?

10. separate app configuration works temporary

    Hi team,
    I'm using logi app on my Thinkbook 15-IIL.

    I add SLACK as an app and configure left-side buttons separately. It works normally but some times later it stops working. When I check logi settings, SLACK already is missing as a separate configured application.
    And need to configure it again.

    Pls pay a proper attention to this point.

14. Software Problem

    I use mac mini m2, after customizing the mouse through software the customization doesn't work. Only work when the application (Logi+) is open. After closing the application the customization doesn't work.

    Moise e teclado desativam e/ou perdem a conexao mesmo estando os dois utilizando o computador com o doogle. Alem disso, o teclado muitas vezes repete varias vezes a mesma letra, como se eu o estivese pressionando, porem nao estou.

    Hello, how are you? I recently bought a MX keys mini keyboard and MX anywhere 3 for business mouse. But for some reason, when I use the mouse a little bit quickly, it freezes. But the battery is 100 percent charged and the mouse sensitivity is 50 percent.
