Не работает функция скриншот K380
Сочетание клавиш Fn+Tab перестало работать в купе с приложением Lightshot. При попытке сделать скриншот, на долю секунды появляется значёк logi options в панели задач и ничего не происходит.

あるアプリケーションに設定したキーアサイン（進むボタン＝Page UP 戻るボタン＝Page Down）が他のアプリケーションの動作にも（デフォルトから変えていないのに）反映されてしまいます。至急改善をお願いします。

i tried twice to install new firmware for mym550 l mouse. each time it says update failed because the update was not needed. I had selected aoto update early on but I keep getting the notice that an update is required. both cannot be true.

Support older devices for disabled users
I have the old M560 on one laptop and can't use this app to define what to do with ctrl and shift with this older device. I'm disabled and this new app allows me to define ctrl and shift for the newer M650 on another machine. Well done on this app. The thing from stopping me using other Logitech products was setpoints lack of support for mapping ctrl,shift, alt keys without any other character. Hopefully I can do it and I'm just missing something?

自动更新备份覆盖
此软件默认开启自动更新和自动备份，当软件自动更新完成后，我打开之后会自动进行备份，此时没有任何设置，自动备份后把我原来的备份覆盖清空掉了！

Fix the capture functionality tied to buttons
Your latest update, v1.86.675082 broke my mouse wheel button. I use the wheel button to open Greenshot software to capture screens/regions and now it's not working. When I press the wheel button the screen blinks and nothing happens.

Do not override Print Screen behaviour by default
Could you not override default system behaviour or at least show notification (proper one, not a window inside your app that I rarely open) about doing this?
I just wasted half an hour to figure out that Logi Options broke opening Snipping Tool on Print Screen press. I thought the app was crashing because screen was just blinking and not opening Snipping Tool and only thanks to Reddit I found out that you did this ...

Multi-key shortcuts on gestures
PLEASE LET ME ADD SMART ACTIONS OR MULTI KEY KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS TO GESTURES
It would take the productivty of the mouse to the next level and is what I thought I was buying when I saw you guys market this.
It would be a life changer. On PPT and Excel I can only turn 9 things (via the quick access toolbar) into alt + [xyz] commands. The rest require multiple steps (like merging a table in excel alt + h + m + c or in ppt alt + JL + M.

Functionality boost (or basic level?) of Logi Options+
there are quite some basic features that are missing from your Logi Options+ application: 1. it should tell the serial number of your device. 2. if you want to make a duplicate of a profile you have and attach it to another application executable then you should be able to do that! These are very basic. Now since Autodesk Fusion is a **** application making a new executable in a new folder therefore I need to recreate the button scheme template after every single update! 3. Inactive mouse Feb 2025
The short cuts I set up on the mouse were not working for my mac. After doing some digging I see that this is a very common issue dating back 3+ years. I ended up needing to quit the application through activity monitor after trying several other options first. It would be great if this could be fixed.

2 mouses wont update
I have the same mouse at home and at work in 2 locations. The application cannot cope with the updates, as it gets confused about which one has updated and has not, I should be able to have more than 1 of the same device registered and update them independantly.

Easy-Switch multi device support
Easy-Switch on Keyboards should have the option to make a other devices follow.
Like for exemple a mouse

Application functions stop working
Hey,
First I wanted to say that I love this application and it is wonderful to see how it evolved over the time.Me and my colleague has an issue where the app is open and the task manager shows it is running, but after some time of not using the macro button, and using it, it renders all of the macro functions to not work, and changes the custom set sensitivity set on the application.
I am using an MX-Vertical, and my colleague is using an MX-Master 3S.
