Ctrl issue
I currently rely on drag-and-drop with the mouse for synchronization. To prevent accidental channel changes, I have made holding the Ctrl key mandatory. However, when I switch from Windows to Mac and then back from Mac to Windows, the system behaves as if the Ctrl key is still pressed, even when it is not.

Changing channel in sync
Whichever channel I choose using either the keyboard or the mouse, both devices should seamlessly switch to the same channel in sync. I should be able to perform this operation from either the keyboard or the mouse, and whichever channel is selected, both devices must switch to it simultaneously.

MX vertical mouse no longer gets low battery notifications
lately I have not been getting low battery notifications for my MX Vertical mouse. Used to work... now I get nothing.. just lose cursor and lights on mouse..

Mediakeys do not work when MusicBee is unfocused.
For context MusicBee is currently one of the more popular apps for those who want to play local music files.
On a logitech keyboard the assigned mediakeys do not work with the Musicbee app when the app is unfocused. Though they do work when the application is focused.1 vote -
Update warnings
For the last fortnight I have been getting pop-up messages saying that my Logi mouse M650 needs updating. But when I click on the link it goes through the process ('make sure bluetooth is on' etc. and then tells me that it's already updated.

MX ergo easy switch with MX Mechanical
Hi, I am using the MX ergo and the MX Mechanical. The Flow is an excellent idea, unfortunately it stuck a bit when using more than 2 screens per computers(I've 1 screen for one, 3 for the other PC). It would be perfect if the MX Mechanical could switch as well when I press MX ergo easy switch button. I'd love to have it in the next release updates. Thanks for Logitech great work!

Hallo, ich habe eine Funktionsanfrage. Ich benutze die MX Master 2S, es wäre toll, wenn man z. B. die linke (untere) Daumentaste als Modustaste für das seitliche Mausrad benutzen könnte, um zwischen Vergrößern/Verkleinern und horizontalem Scrollen umzuschalten!

Order device list
It would be nice if you could arrange the list of devices. I Have two sets depending if I work from home or at the office. Now they are mixed and I cannot re-organize them, so the once that are online are first for example.

M650 L- K650 Second Laptop Connection and Turn the First Connection
Dear Logitech Team,
You have perfect products that i love working with. I have Signature M650 L and K 650, really admire them.
There is one problem might be solved with a new firmware: When the M650L is connected to the another laptop, previous laptop LogiOptions+ shows the "inactive" and everytime i have to delete the mouse then re-define to the laptop. Is there any possible firmware to handle it pressing the bottom button?Thank you

Logi Signature M650L not updating
Logi Signature M650L can't be updated from firmware 16.10.14 to 16.2.13 which is the last firmware update according to Logi Options +
