2. Stop using my cpu for something that has nothing to do with moving my mouse.

   uninstalling logi options because you insist on using cpu and memory for ai functions that I dont want and have turned off.

5. fire everyone at logitech and start over

   my mx master 3s is stuck on the LOWEST sensitivity. logi options settings are stuck on CONFIGURING. restarting the app did NOTHING. why does logitech have the worst software? and why is the hardware essentially nonfunctional when your terrible software stops working? it's actually insane how you have ruined logitech as a brand

6. Mouse and Keyboard randomly disconnect

   Since the last software update, my mouse and keyboard will randomly disconnect. I don't know what triggers this but it never used to happen...

13. this software and mouse is hilariously and pathetically terrible

    terrible application. bluetooth connectivity often breaks, my mouse no longer shows in the ui. i can't use any of the additional buttons on the mouse anymore. so i have a $200 brick sitting on my desk that is now a worthless piece of ****.

16. Profiles for Devices Other than Creative Console

    With the addition of the profiles for the creative console that can be imported and exported can this feature be transfered over for other devices. I don't know why but the software will occasionally delete a profile on my master 3s and mx keys. Instead of having to manually put everything back it would be nice to be able to just import the built up profiles already.

17. Trackball mouse configuration software SUCKS

    I just purchased a new m575s track ball mouse. I have several of logitech trackball mice on a number of my computers. I would like to use the "wheel" that is at the index finger location for zooming in and out but I cannot find any setting adjustments for this in the "logi" software. As older logitech mice wear out I replace them with new. In previous versions of the trackball configuration software I was able to adjust the function of every button and wheel, I am unable to do this on this new m575S that arrived yesterday. This is VERY disappointing. I would have expected your configuration software to get better and more useful over time, not worse and less useful. ?maybe its time for you people to clean house and hire competent software engineers.
