  1. Bring back 'Open start' action

    Please bring back the 'Open start' action. As a work around, I now need to use a 'smart action' and this feature keeps resetting itself to default. Super frustrating. To make matters worse, I can't log in to Logitech for some reason, making it impossible to use smart actions. So, please, bring the 'Open Start' as action. Thank you.

  5. 오프라인 상태서 매핑 메모리

    회사 보안문제로 로지텍플러스 접속이 안되요. 그래서 매핑해놓은 키들도 연동이 안 됩니다. 그냥 오프라인상태에서도 매핑해 놓은 걸 쓸 수 있도록 해주세요. 매번 부팅할때마다 새로 설정을 해줘야 해요.

  6. Can not switch all devices

    I know that I can not switch both with one click only.. I do not understand why you not support the most obvious.

    I am using the set on my PC and MAC and often switch within one hour because of workflow. I bought this as I thought it would work… But does not. And again, I do not understand why you do not support the obvious.

    Next: Your Flow option does not really work.. It is a drag honestly. I tried and switch back.

    I even now swiitch back to my MAC keyboard and SPARTA Mouse for the Mac,…

  7. Wrong charging notification

    This textarea says "describe your idea". It's feedback. It's not an idea. I'm reporting a bug. It's a fact, the app has issues. You may have an idea of fixing it.

    Anyway, the bug happened to me multiple times. I get a notification to charge my MX Keys. I plug it in. It's charging. Then after a day or two I get a notification that my MX Keys is low on battery (while fully charged). My MX Keys is one month old. This does not make any sense. Please fix this poor experience. Thank you.

  13. Ergo K860: Please detach number pad in next version

    Absolutely love the Ergo K860 keyboard.

    Request: Can you please make a version with a detached number pad?

    Would be happy to buy the number pad separately. The current rent integrated design forces the A-Z letters too far left of center. I cannot move my keyboard to the right any further (a) because of my keyboard tray, and (b) doing so would push my mouse too far right.

  15. Flow not flowing

    I have the MX keys and MX master 3S mouse and am trying to use Flow between a tower PC and a laptop PC. I can connect and use flow and for a short time it works well. It quite frequently disconnects for some reason which is really frustrating. Are you working on a fix for this issue?

  17. Craft Advanced Keybaord support!

    It has been more than a few years. Why haven't anyone @ Logitech heard this complain about support for Craft Advanced Keyboard? What the ****? The updates that I see is only for the newer keyboards. I want an unified application rather than needing to run TWO different ones. Get you act together please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
